Mykola Yakovlevich Myaskovskii (Russian: ??????? ????????? ??????????); (April 8 (20) 1881, Modlin, Poland - August 8, 1950, Moscow) - Russian and Soviet composer, teacher. Biographical information

He graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory in the composition class of A.K. Lyadov, N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov. For 25 years (since 1921), he was a professor at the Moscow Conservatory, during which time he educated 80 students, including Dmytro Kabalevskyi and Aram Khachaturyan.
