Glitch Database (v1.0) - see the full draft of the transcript here

Glitch Database aims to collect different types of glitches. According to one Thread, players of the Good Team, a team of good people and good machines, is developing this database.
Why?
To document different glitches occurring in real computer systems to:

2. better understand possible glitches in a reality simulation system to check the simulation hypothesis

Some go even further considering mental deviations from normal as glitches in the Mind component of the Space-Time-Mind (STM)-continuum

If you open the transcript, you will see that Cop W was able to figure out right away a possible use for such a boring book.
Can you beat the AI?
