Assessment of creativity is a challenging problem that has been a focus of research for a long time [ ]. Various approaches have been developed in application to different fields [ ]. The unique universal formula that can be applied to a wide variety of creations even in one field has not been found yet. The goal of this paper is: 1. develop a systematic approach to analysis of this problem 2. propose a set of quantitative and qualitative parameters characterizing creativity We realize that proposed analysis has many limitations and invite constructive critique and offers for improvement. We assume a gamification framework to approach the problem of assessing creativity creatively with the hope that gaming mindset can help us and everybody who wants to help to make this paper better to overcome barriers to unlocking creative reserves. While looking for academic rigor, we consider this paper as a draft posted to stimulate open discussions and improving suggestions, as well as your own new papers on any aspect of this multi-faceted problem.
In terms of the Everyday Life Game: Game of Ideas, this very draft of Introduction section is a digital piece of puzzle (POP) puzzling together information pieces in different formats: text, audio, image, and video. Consider it as a specific example of both developed analysis to assessment of creativity and example of its implementation. To stimulate your interest to help us to improve both: 1. content/ideas played out and 2. form/packaging ideas in words, we offer both material and immaterial rewards (see Rewards). To make it easier for you to get to the next POP, here is a link to Section 2. Method providing some details on our approach to this problem solution and how you can play with us not only passively - by reading our POPs, but actively - by polishing raw ideas - like this one- into beautiful multi-faceted creative creations - Creative Gems. Depending on assessed value of these meta-physical gems, that can be classified into 5 levels in each type of the stones: rubies, emeralds, diamonds, etc., players can receive in-game rewards, such as silver, gold, etc. and real rewards (see Method). You can skip any section and jump in the Hyperlinked Space of Ideas - that already have been, are being (in the process of development), or will be played out in the future - and jump to a Gallery of POPs related to any section: 1. Introduction 2. Method 3. Analysis 4. Discussion 5. Summary 6. References 7. Appendix
